Located 45 minutes from Montreal, in the Laurentians, the municipality of Val- Morin is characterized by its many lakes, its mountain views and its village community of La Rivière Nord. At Val Morin, nature is on the forefront; only minutes from the village center, the "Le P’tit Train du Nord" cycle path meanders along the shores of Lac Raymond. It is populated by 2 300 mainly francophone inhabitants.
